Everything was incredible. The hosts are fantastic and really welcoming. We really appreciated the BBQ they put on (we even visited the cider farm up the road and brought some of the cider we drank that evening home!) and it was a perfect place to stay with a toddler. He thought the playground and small toys were great and we appreciated stairgates being put into the cottage for peace of mind that he couldn't access the stairs. The location was also fabulous for exploring the area and there is so much to do for all of the family, young and old, within a short drive. We hope we are able to stay again in the future and know we are going to find the demand from other repeat guests to be high!

It was a very warm welcome. Because we had a long traveling day behind us, a little bread and cheese was prepared for us which safed our evening for a good sleep. The breakfast was gorgeous so we we were able to continue our journey. Thank you for everything. Also for the interesting storys (about Sandycove etc). Hope the weather became sunny after our leave how we told you :-)

Everything we needed for our over night stop & if we ever need to be near to Brean or Weston again for a holiday we WILL stay here again. Very safe, very quiet but within minutes of the resorts. (bus stop 1 minute walk has bus right into Weston. Lovely soft beds in both rooms & TV in each room. Also one of the best parts was off street parking on the drive. (We have had problems in the past because of our French plated car, so we always look for secure parking). The owner contacted us by phone, around 30 minutes of booking, giving us lots of information. For price, location, security & quiet I would highly recommend this property.

The property exceeded all expectations. So warm and cosy with everything on hand to make us welcome. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels and welcome basket of all things for drinks and even very tasty biscuits. Such a straightforward hand over with no problems just key in box and returned on leaving. In a beautiful setting although transport is necessary but local pub within walking distance serving excellent meals. Good holiday!!
