Location was great, not only close to the sea and local amenities but close to family too. Dolphin House was clean, comfortable, spacious. Dog towels and dishes are also provided. Our two dogs loved the garden. We had gales, rain and even snow during our stay but still had a great time! Look forward to visiting again.

The facility turned out to be a wonderful 2 bedroom flat. the owners were very kind and considerate. I am an elderly woman who has to use a walker. Every effort was made towards my comfort and convenience .

Huge room with sea view, well equipped kitchen, very comfy king bed, quiet. Kind hosts. (I received a free upgrade, as outside peak season.)

Excellent location on the Promenade right in front of the playground and seafront - ideal for getting onto the beach to walk the dog - and close to/within walking distance of all other local amenities. We had full/exclusive use of the sun lounge at the front (which adjoins the apartment) and this was wonderful to sit in first thing in the morning and to watch the sunset over the Lake District hills of an evening.

The position of the structure is amazing,in wonderful part of the city.The house is very clean and modern with all the utilities. The host is very available,is answering for any issue in seconds. She helped my mum with a big problem and we are grateful. Absolutely amazing weekend,we will return as soon as possible.

Great view out over Morecambe Bay and the hills of the Lake District beyond. The location is excellent, right on the front.
