Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .

We loved Mo and her warm welcome. This is a family affair. Everyone helps with breakfast in the morning. They are personable, attentive and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms were perfect, nicely tidied and seemed to be well planned out. Great view of the water outside of our window. It is a very quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants around to choose from.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor was fresh and the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a great size and the kitchen has everything you could need.

Our room was very clean and had a partial sea view. Liam was extremely accommodating and so friendly which is just what you need after a long tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful - cereals, yoghurts, juice, toast plus a full English - beautifully cooked. I would definitely recommend this B & B.
