Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .

Excellent. A purpose made bed and breakfast come self catering experience. Lovely part of paignton surrounding a central park area. Everything within 100 yards - cafe, restaurants, co-op, pub etc.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor was fresh and the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a great size and the kitchen has everything you could need.

Our room was very clean and had a partial sea view. Liam was extremely accommodating and so friendly which is just what you need after a long tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful - cereals, yoghurts, juice, toast plus a full English - beautifully cooked. I would definitely recommend this B & B.

Great location. Room was perfect as my daughter had a separate little part of the room. I emailed and asked for a room with a bath as we only have a shower at home and they made sure we had one. Which was abit of luxury for us.
