The apartment was fantastic. A great location overlooking the promenade and beach, and close to cafes and shops. The partment was spacious and clean with 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds. A lovely lounge/kitchen area and a large balcony at the front where you can sit at the end of the day (once the kids are down) and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. We'll be back!

What a lovely stay! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Bed was soft as a cloud and really comfortable. Location just across the beach. So much attention to detail! Breakfast was fantastic! This really should be a 4 star not a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfy beds, amazing views over the Morecambe bay, very tasty breakfast with loads of options and the most friendly host (Joanne) you can imagine. Situated within walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend this place and will personally book with them again!

I had wonderfully relaxing days at the cosy guesthouse. Directly welcomed with tea and fruit cake which we could take in the nice saloon with view onto the sea. David was very friendly, attentive, prepared the warm breakfast exactly as you wanted and the buffet had wonderful fruit bowls, porridge, different kinds of cereals… The room was very clean with attention to detail like fresh flowers and tea bar refilled every day. The bathroom was very clean, also with flower and eco-friendly toiletries. Beautifully located at the promenade, you can directly take a walk. I would always come back to this lovely place.
