Really welcoming and friendly people who ran the guest house. Really good cooked breakfast, a huge plateful, too much for us! Access to fridge in dining room and use of dining room for own food/ takeaways was a good idea. En suite shower was very good.

A very comfortable mattress in front bedroom and a very clean property. Would love to know where to buy this mattress . Very handy to the pub / restaurant for show we were booked in for .

The breakfast was great value for money and I would recommend ordering. The studio had everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Would highly recommend booking the studio. the hosts Jill and Lee, Teddie ensured everything was ready on our arrival. 5 Stars plus we will be returning soon.

Looked and smelled clean on arrival. Lovely big caravan, nice big living area with clean and comfy seating and large TV. Dining area adequate, and a well prepared kitchen with large fridge freezer. Nice location, friendly site and close to the beach. Bedrooms were clean, beds comfy for most of us. Bathrooms were clean, shower was good.

The site was very tidy and close to dog friendly beach and centre. Pub on the site was reasonably priced and good choice of meals. Plenty of parking.

Nothing was good as, having booked the property and had it confirmed, we received a message to say we shouldn't have been able to as it was already booked up. So 🤷 we were left highand dry with no accommodation for the following night.

I have stayed at happy holiday apartments more than a few times now, I have always received good communication from Claire & Steve prior to arriving, The flat is always clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. There is usually someone around should you have any problems. When I returned to the flat with a wet soggy dog there were towels available in the entrance hall so was able to dry her before taking her inside . The town centre and beach are within a 10 minute walk and apart from a small incline up to the beach everything is flat walking.
