The communication using email which included photos to help us to identifywhere to park and the locationof the door safe.. The location of the house was perfect. The house was very clean. There was a basket full of age appropriate toys and books for our 5 year old grandson. Well equipped kitchen.

The breakfast was great value for money and I would recommend ordering. The studio had everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. A delightful cottage that has everything you could wish for, for a self-catering break. Well equipped and cozy, every little detail seems to have been considered. 'Home from home' can be a overused description, but it really is ! The lakeside location, only a couple of minutes walk from a clean, dog friendly beach, was ideal for us, and the enclosed patio was a perfect place to chill out, in the evening. The dog loved it, too! No on-site car park, but a public one, literally a minute's walk down the road, that does not charge for overnight parking. Within walking distance of central Mablethorpe (a pub and chip shop are close at hand, if you don't fancy walking) but far enough away to escape from crowds-particularly after boating finishes on the lake, when the only sounds are the ducks and the seagulls. We would definitely go back, again.
