Very quiet for relaxing break. Very central to Aldeburgh and Southwold. Bus stop near property into Aldeburgh. Nice little secret garden behind studio. Not enclosed but dogs didn’t stray far. Had everything we needed for short break.

Cosy little pod which was great for a couple of nights away. The site is great for families with younger children. The location of the pods overlooking the lakes couldn't be better. The toilets/showers were in a portacabin about a minutes walk away from the pod. As a solo travel I didn't mind this but can understand the need for them to be closer if travelling as a solo parent. There was a sink at the side of the toilets to do washing up if you were doing you're own cooking. I found the toilets to be clean and cleaned regularly during my stay. The heads up about the power of the shower was correct from previous reviews. If you don't want to wash your hair I recommend taking a shower cap! Down at reception (5 minute walk away from pods) there is a shop stocking all the items you could need including food and drinks. This was open from 8-6/7/8pm which I thought was rather handy.

Roomy and comfortable for the two of us. well equipped. Rural location, waking up to sheep baaing was really sweet. Still very close to Aldebrough and civilisation!

Great instructions, really easy to find and easy to access the property. Everything was exactly as advised beforehand and photos were spot on. Everything was easy to use. Perfect location overlooking the square above a really lovely gift shop, perfect walking distance to The Crown Pub, the pharmacy, the pub, Framingham Castle and great little walk at the back for the dog. Would 100% stay here again and already recommended to friends as we come to Suffolk every year.

Very nice place. Open plan and all in one level. Modern and clean. Good location, right on the A12. Plenty of car parking. Little bit of yard at the back with table and chairs.
