Amazing location on beautiful lagoon. Property had everything we needed and was comfortable and welcoming. Easy on street parking directly outside and direct bus to Worthing, Brighton and Shoreham. Don’t hesitate to recommend

Location is amazing. Right on the beach. Like being on a boat. The restaurant (and cafe) underneath is brilliant - only open breakfast and lunch - everything we had there was delicious. The main room is living/kitchen/dining - very big. Full length french windows onto balcony hanging over beach. There is a full bathroom and additional loo. The large public car park is opposite and easy to pay for full day parking. There is a parkrun by front door on Saturdays. There is a skate park very close.

The location was good for walking on the Downs, and for accessing public transport. The annexe was very comfy overlooking an interesting garden.p

The location was great, one road back from the seafront and a ten minute walk into Worthing. Cottage was warm and comfortable.
