We stayed in Falmouth for two nights as part of a little road trip through Cornwall. Highcliffe was the perfect place to stay! Its elevated location over the town offered gorgeous views of the harbor, yet it was only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and stylish, as were the lounge spaces downstairs. The restaurant in town is also excellent, we had both breakfast and dinner there, as the location right on the harbour is unbeatable. Very few lodgings in Falmouth offer parking, so this was another plus for us. They also offer an easy self check in process, which is helpful if you plan to arrive in the evening. We would definitely stay at Highcliffe again and will recommend it to friends visiting Cornwall.

Very clean, city center and easy to reach everything in Falmouth. Bed rooms are super quiet and towards the back. Kitchen very well equipped but we would recommend to eat out as there are very good restaurant around like the seafood bar, pho bar or the Harbour view. Totally recommended.

Breakfast was exceptional, well cooked , well presented, catered for vegetarian needs .staff went above and beyond to meet guests needs . Always making sure guest was happy and satisfied

Beautiful views from our bedroom Lovely bathroom, very clean room Tea and coffee facilities/ toiletries supplied Lovely fluffy towels Loads of choices for breakfast The fresh fruit bowl is amazing, Nice seating room, with seats outside to have a tea outside and watch the world go by The staff are friendly and could not do enough for you This hotel would win four in the bed hands down

The most welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful atmosphere and such lovely staff. My room was excellent and was very clean and welcoming. Right down to the tea and coffe bags. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was splendid. I loved it. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you sandy duck xx

Great location in Falmouth near the beach but 10 mins from town center and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed and good WiFi. Breakfast was fabulous and it was good to be offered a bag to take a roll away for lunch. Plus a piece of wicked chocolate croissant bread pudding.

We only appreciated how nice Chelsea House is when we were shown our room, Spacious, decorated as if it were our own home, and with sweeping views to the water. Sharon and Nigel were engaging and generous hosts. Always good for a chat at breakfast but otherwise discrete. Easy walk to the main street area. Though parking is not on site, on street parking proved to be very easy. Good wi-fi. If we ever return to Falmouth, we will stay at Chelsea House again.
