Lovely holiday home, clean warm and very well equipped. We really liked the Wood Farm site too which was very peaceful and quiet with no bar or club house! The swimming pool was lovely too. The cafe was nice, the staff were very friendly. Kids liked the play area. Definitely one to come back to.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the original artwork. The owner provided a fan when requested and it helped on the days when it was hot and humid outside. The owner thought of everything a traveler might need. The Jurassic Coast bus comes every hour and provides comfortable transportation from Charmouth, to Lyme Regis and beyond. It stops at Fernhill Hotel which is on the same property.

Staff was incredible nice and attend. Location was good and the pod where such a cosy little space to stay. Needless to say we really enjoyed it. They had amazing spaces for dogs to run around, swimming pool was warm and super nice. Charging port for electrical car available as well.

A lovely, clean, comfortable and very well appointed property. The welcome basket was charming, and the home-made biscuits were quite something. The owners were most most helpful with directions and property instructions, with a really thorough folder of local places to eat, walks and local attractions in general. The Smithy is a great central location for exploring the whole Jurassic Coast.

The caravan was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent, with Charmouth beach only a short walk across an area of well kept grass. We were pleased to be able to use the local bus service for our visit to Lyme Regis.
