Great location with Charlestown within short walking distance to bars, fish n chip shops and restaurants. Private beach also within short walking distance and peaceful and quiet. The host Trees was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she kept us well informed and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay

Fantastic location. Beautifully decorated and very homely. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise and she left us a wonderful welcome pack with lovely Easter treats and a cream tea. The facilities in the cottage were spot on we couldn't of asked for anything more.

The cottage is very quaint and very clean. Everything looks new and the beds are very comfortable. It is in a good position to visit The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Charlestown has lots of restaurants to choose from and only a 5 minute walk away. Particularly good are the Longstore and Springtide restaurants.

Didn’t have breakfast.. my friends found the yacht too basic for their needs.. not your fault but they were too old to appreciate it.. toilet facilities were unacceptable so I had to relocate them all.. my fault not yours.. no where to change for a posh wedding😂 toilet facilities need to be spoken about in your details.. stunning location but not a stunning yacht✨ basic and affordable so we were not upset.. just my fault for thinking it was suitable for wedding guests✨your staff were very kind and lovely ✨

Super location, walking distance of beautiful Charlestown with its wonderful restaurants and bars. Great base to explore mid-Cornwall. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Hot tub a huge bonus.

Such a lovely house Really lovely area Nice and quiet Lovely beach not far from the house The house was big enought for all of us to stay comfortable 4 adults 1 kid 2 dogs. Everythink you would need for a week away in cornwall. Beds was comfortable. Big seating area for dinner Sitting room has a long sofa Plenty of lights Nice big garden for the dogs to run around All around a lovely place to stay

Perfect spot to explain the little harbour town. Lots of good eateries an pubs. Set in a perfect garden so sole use.

Wonderful place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, warm and comfortable and very clean. Lovely welcoming touch leaving us some scones, Cornish cream and jam as well as milk and a bottle of wine for our arrival. This was so appreciated. Lots of lovely places to eat in the village and some fabulous bracing walks along the coastline.
