Breakfast was great with lots of choice and very nice poached eggs on toast with tea delivered by Sam, the owner. The room was super and clean and on the ground floor which was great for loading and unloading stuff from the car which was just outside the front door.

It was all so lovely and Caryl the owner was so nice, nothing was too much trouble and I adored the breakfast she provided, fresh salmon, scrambled eggs and so much fresh fruit and yogurt with several different cereals, she made fresh tea/coffee as soon as you went in and lovely bloomer multigrain toast, the room and we had the suite was so top class just as the photos show and you felt so special and relaxed it was just lovely from arrival to departure, can't recommend enough and we will be back, thank you again Caryl for a lovely weekend break 👍😄

As you approach Nanteos you come upon their interesting entranceway/driveway and then it only gets better, the grounds, mansion, and public and guest rooms are truly impressive. Our guest room (The Lord Byron Suite...no numbers used here) was huge. The suite was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The public rooms were impressive as well: the lobby had a fire in the fireplace, the lounge had a bar, and the surrounds (pond, labyrinth, walled garden, etc.) were interesting and fun to walk around. Nanteos and Aberystwyth were wonderful to visit and explore... enjoy yourselves, we did!!!

We stayed at Adail Cottage and we loved it! The location is quaint and quiet, the property is very spacious with a nice garden. Everything was clean and the check-in was very easy. The host was always quick at answering all our questions. We cannot recommend it enough.

It was a fantastic stay! That place was BIG and comfortable, with a kitchen, living room, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Not central, but I like walking and went there by the scenic route, in the hills. In the morning the host drove me to the station which was amazing. The host also left a yoghurt, cereals and milk, tea... to have a breakfast. I saw a review complaining there was no juice which is just bonkers to me. Breakfast was not advertised as part of the booking, it's a lovely gesture from the host - and it was perfect! Absolutely great stay, highly recommend!
