The hosts have given great thought to providing everything and more to make the stay an enjoyable one. We particularly loved the outdoor kitchen, which we used daily for meals, on the hot plate, pizza oven, and bbq. Agnes came round one evening with a fresh homebaked Brioche, which was lovely. We all made good use of the pool, especially the 2 grandsons , and enjoyed evening games of Boulles and table tennis. We didn't hire a car, which I was sceptical of, but we enjoyed the short walk around 10 minutes away from the shopping mall and the Carrefour supermarket. Close to the supermarket is the train station San Sauveur which we used to commute down to NICE, and then purchase a 7 day pass to use on tram and buses, have to thank Agnes and Pascal who provided all the information. for this. Although Agnes and Pascal lived in the building, they were not intrusive, and it felt like we were there on our own. It was a lovely holiday enjoyable but also emotional as we were there, with my stepdaughter her husband and 2 grandsons, to see my partners ex husband 2 brother in laws, his best friend and 2 sisters arrive after cycling close to a 1000 miles from North of France to raise funds for the MIND charity in memory of my partners 25 year old son who we lost a year to the day, in total 18 of the family made the trip to see their arrival.on the beach front / promenade in NICE. It was a holiday one that the whole family needed and a fitting tribute to a smashing lad taken too soon.

Clean, good amenities, and very close to the tram station. The host was always available over phone or text and helped me operate a washing machine that was in French.

If you want to experience true French hospitality, stay here :) Neat and clean appartment. Fully equipped kitchen (and I mean fully equipped, including things like olive oil and some cold beers when you arrive). The owner Sylvie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and provides her own guides to the area and some guide books as well. On top of that she owns the bakery across the road where you can get wonderful breakfast every morning. Easy and safe parking is available (which is great since the streets are usually full). Lovely place with a lot of space.

Beautiful accommodation that had a romantic atmosphere. The spacious balcony, which we used for sitting in the evening with glass of wine. Very kind and pleasant lady owner who took good care of us.

It was perfect for one night. It is a pavilion (a small building) in the garden of the hosts' house. It is furnished very nicely, with taste. The hosts were very nice, the breakfast was great. Thank you for your hospitality.
