The landlord was warm and hospitable, very considerate, and helped deliver the stored luggage to the airport, making my last day of play very easy. The room is clean and tidy, with complete equipment and facilities, especially the kitchen. Although the location is not very close to the city center, public transportation is very convenient, and both Route 7 and Route 14 can be reached within 10 minutes’ walk. If I come to Nice again next time, I will still choose this place!

Very clean, well organized apartment. Great for the whole family (there were 5 of us). It's located in a cozy quiet place, we found a quick way to city center, so we really liked location (additionally, very close-by huge parking lot (convenient and probably the cheapest in Monaco).

Gorgeous apartment in an excellent location. Very convenient to get to from the airport and minutes walk from the beach and a very nice beach club, lovely pizzeria just outside the front door and boulangerie across the road. Comfy beds and beautifully clean apartment, with everything you need. Incredibly good check in / check out instructions and great communication from the host - all in all an amazing stay and we would love to come back!
