From the bedrooms to the bathrooms to the kitchen and more, everything was set up beautifully and warm and welcoming. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The host Cyril was friendly and super helpful. I had planned to stay for a few days but ended up staying for 10 days because I had such a wonderful time. The site was beautiful. Wooded and mature gardens. Being there end of season only the swimming pool was open.
The accommodation was fairly good. Importantly, the beds were comfortable. We had brought our own bedding as the owner had said that none were provided. There were duvets and pillows. No tea towels either.
Luckily there was some heating as it did get quite chilly at night. We had some days when we could sit out and we appreciated the covered deck with furniture. A good clothes rack provided on deck to dry towels etc.
There was a good amount of crockery, cutlery and pans in the kitchen and 3 different coffee machines, a toaster and a kettle!
We had fun trying out the games like French Junior Scrabble which as two older ladies was about our level of French!
All in all the accomodation suited us. The best bit though was it's location. We had come to see the Menhirs and Alignments and the site was right next to the Kermario archeological site. We were able to walk to see the Menhirs!
