I arrived to a friendly welcome from Itxaso, who was very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt bigger than it looked in the photos. It had a comfy bed, a lovely bathroom and a small but fairly well-equipped little kitchen section. The apartment was very well located, close to both the Old Town and the seafront. Since my room was right on the street, I was a little worried about noise, but it was actually very peaceful.

This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment - well furnished and well equipped. It is in the town centre. It is located on the first floor and has a lift. There is no parking on site but the owners have arranged free parking a short distance away which is a flat walk. The owners are lovely and speak excellent English. The town is quite lovely with plenty of shops. It also has a lovely promenade and a long sandy beach. There are many excellent and good value cafes and bars. We were impressed that there were many wheelchair users in the town. It is very flat and accessible. At the owners recommendation we walked to the next village - Getaria. It was quiet being out of season. The little beach there is very sheltered and the calm sea was great for swimming. Overall, it was a lovely 2 night stay on our way back to the Santander ferry.

We had a long day driving for 5.5 hours. Our hosts were so lovely and helpful, they came to meet us to help us sort out our questions due to the language barrier. The apartment was very clean and organised and it had the best shower we have ever had on our travels. It was so easy to get the train from our apartment to San Sabastian, just a five minute walk to the train and then a half hour ride through beautiful countryside. This location also meant we could walk to the little fishing village around to the next bay called Getaria. Excellant place to stay and visit the area.

All was great! It was very easy to check-in, the manager was always in touch and answered on all of our questions. Near the hotel there are a lot of bus stops and a railway station, so it was very comfortable to visit other cities. Also, if you want to eat something, you need to spend only 5 minutes to find a very big closest shop :) In addition, I want to mention a perfect condition of apartments - all was clean and good. Near the apartment there is a very nice and clean beach. Highly recommend this place!

Everything!!!! Carlos & Itzia are amazing people.!!!!! They waited & received us at the apartment. Gave us all clues about the city. Apartment is very clean. It has everything that you need. We felt like home. I recommend 100% I give 5 star reviews.

Host always suggests us before how to check in and parking advises. Location is in town center. Room is very comfortable for 4 (but actually this room can stay 5-6 persons).

The place is fabulous, great location & big comfortable clean space! It was really gorgeous, huge big comfy bed.Everything you need is there, towels , shampoo, washing machine , coffee & tea. And self check in which is so efficient. The hosts were super friendly & easy to contact on WhatsApp. Also they have a parking spot which is like gold dust in Zarautz! Great great place
