We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, communication with Helmut was excellent, directions were accurate, checking in was easy, Helmut sent us a link with useful information about the apartment and recommendations on places to travel and eat. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need and more. Outside there is a nice area with a grill, we didn't use it but I think it's great for families. Excellent location!! Great value for the price.

Tiziana and Claudio are wonderful hosts who made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and responded to our queries immediately. We felt so welcome in their place. The constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach made this a truly special experience and stay - pure relaxation. The location of the unit is could not be better - although central very quiet. During the night you mainly only hear the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is very-well equipped with high end appliances (stove, oven and fridge). The views from the balcony which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen are amazing. The pool was closed during our stay but the apartment is only a few minutes from Lago Martianez (beautiful swimming pool complex). There is a very good supermarket on the ground floor of the building. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice but small apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner Alfonso is very friendly and helpful. You need to be aware the the apartment (the one with the balcony) is quiet small and the kitchen has only two hot plates and is very narrow. For us it was no issue because we stayed only 4 nights and did not cook a lot. The best is the location. Right next to the border to the historical town center but still quiet during the night. No issues with smell from the sewage (we had that in several apartments in Tenerife). Parking options at the street (however sometimes you need to search for a free place). Nice balcony with the view of Teide.
