The appartment was very clean and hygienic. Enough soft, spotless towels. Also beach towels. Good matrasses on the beds. Perfect location for Siam park, restaurants and the beach. Air conditioning which is necessary in summer nights. Share steps and parking for car across the road. Nice and helpfull host who is always available to answer questions. Great and very clean swimming pool for us and the children. Complex was not too busy. 24 h security. Beds cost 1 euro per day. We had a fantastic 3 week holiday in July. I would definitely recommend this host and this accommodation. We felt very welcome.

The owner was very nice. They gave us his garage in the building which was very convenient for day trips. Car was right out of the elevator always in the shade, nice and cold for the use. The property is very well located near the beach for every day walks and the nice dinners out. All very nice. No problems with the landlord, picking up the keys and handover was seamless.

The property is in a very quiet area of a very popular location in the resort. It is a short walk to the beach and coastal path. There are lots of extras provided which is useful. The apartments look very attractive and pool is lovely and clean with well maintained gardens. Very quiet for sleeping.

As a first timer to Tenerife I would highly recommend these apartments. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Even a washing machine. Had a text from Juan when we landed to say the room was ready early for us. He met us at the apartment. There was a bottle of wine, cans of coke and snacks left for us which was a lovely gesture. Apartments are close to everything, supermarket across the road. No problem getting a bed by the pool. Busiest days were the weekend.
