The location above two very different beaches. The view over the ocean and Almuñécar. The table large enough for nice dinners and playing games. The balcony. The separate corridors for living and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. The lovely pool area that didn’t get busy. So clean.

Beds were comfortable and the hosts (and the cat!) are lovely and helpful - we communicated via Google translator and it worked perfectly ) The rooms are very clean.
The beach is like 5 min walking, diving center is around the corner at the beach. The closest supermarket is also around the corner. The tunnel and the path to the beach are not really picturesque, but totally fine. The hotel itself is next to the highway, you can hear it, but it's not crazy busy and I had no issues sleeping. You can totally see the sea from the balcony, yet the parking lot separates you from the perfect view. To reach the hotel from the bus stop you walk along the highway for like 7 min, I felt safe in the middle of the day.
Pensión Restaurante Páramo is 200 metres from the centre of La Herradura and 5 minutes’ walk from the town’s beach. The guest house features a bar, restaurant and free Wi-Fi zone.
