The manager (Daria) of the apartment complex is very pleasant, helpful and communicative. After a few sleepless nights I was unsatisfied with the noise experienced in apartment 304. The loud music being played by people in a neighbouring property was a matter completely outside the control of the management but I was offered an apartment in another part of the building.
