Ok, unbiased review about visiting Rügen in Germany, and first real nature experience abroad after staying in own country for 2 years.
1) Like the place and nature - quiet place, distant and far away from everything; like the overall vibe of German village atmosphere.
2) House space - had free parking lot for our car, space - it is OK to stay in the house with whole family.
3) Host - friendly, communicates well via booking system
4) Beach - had a walk to the beach close to the property, the area was super cool with swans

The space of the apartment is very small, but the owner has thought through the practical placement of the furniture. For a single with a dog or for a young couple the place is ideal.
The kitchen is perfectly and fully equipped. There is an oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
