Fleckhof offers an interesting intersection of practicality and coziness. As a family home and a working farm, Fleckhof is a hive of activity all day across a collection of rooms and outbuildings situated on a hillside in a suburb of Neustift. I really appreciated the family-oriented nature of this place, but it might not be for everyone, especially if you are looking for strict privacy or dead silence (expect morning sound of farm animals, occasional muffled voices). We came to Stubai to ski, and Fleckhof is a marvelous base for that purpose. Comfortable beds, warm linens, spacious rooms, an unexpectedly substantial sauna area in the first floor. The hosts are friendly and patient. We never experienced any disruptive encounters. We enjoyed being immersed in the scenario and life of this home. It's about 25 minutes drive/bus to the glacier. In the mornings, the bus waits 600m from the house.

The rooms were large but cozy, with a small kitchenette with all appliances, very clean and well kept. Private parking next to the house, exceptional view, very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed very much our vacation!

Breakfast was delicious with many homemade dishes prepared by our host lady especially elderberry jam The room is very clean and decorated with good taste, like all the rooms. Our host cleaned the room every day and arranged it nicely. Nice view to the mountains and to the city There is a special room for ski equipment Quiet area with easy access to the city center. I had free access to the swimming pool in the city center included as being guests at Haus Fernblick Our host recommended us where to go skiing but also nearby areas to visit from nearby and from Italy too. We had a wonderful stay Ausserwieserhof. The rooms ware very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The hosts ( whole family) ware very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived very late in the night they helped us settle in comfortably. The location is very beautiful with nice scenic views all around. We will definitely come here again in the future!

the best apartments to rent for holidays in the Alps. Very close to the beautiful city of Innsbruck. the proprietress very nice, helpful, smiling. The facility is modern, well-equipped and the views of the Alps from the balcony are amazing.

We are a family of four and found the appartment very suitible to our needs due to the two bedrooms. The propery itself was new, clean and had very nice view to the valley. The host were kind. We also liked the location of the property which was situated in quite street but also close to main attractions, supermarkets and main roads in Stubai valley. We really liked the nearby park with a small lake in which we went swimming after long warm summer day.
