Fantastic and friendly host who was always available for any sort of assistance. The apartment boasts a well kitted kitchen with dishwasher and stunning modern furnished interior. The sauna & spa is definitely a highlight to enjoy after a day of skiing. Our party of 2 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect. One of the best stays ever. The comfort was better than a 5* hotel. All appliances, furnishing and materials were highest quality. We felt like home, just in a better place - peaceful countryside still close to the slopes. Falling asleep listening to the nearby stream, waking up with singing birds and sunshine. Fresh bread delivered every morning to our door. Plus free access to very good saunas. It couldn't have been better.

Siisti, tilava ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto. Sijainti maan tasolla helpotti elämistä ja terassilla oli mukava oleilla. Joustavuus toiveidemme täyttämiseksi aikaisesta saapumisesta ja lisäpäivästä onnistuivat erinomaisesti. Kylpyläkortit olivat todella hieno juttu. Sijainti lähellä linja-auto- ja junapysäkkiä, kauppaa, kylpylää ja Kaprunin keskustaa ja hissiasemaa tekivät omasta autosta tarpeettoman.

Excellent stay in an A+++ apartment. Very good communication with owners. @arrival, Barbara was a very welcoming hostess. Appt was very clean & spacious. Everything in the appt. is of very high quality. There's ample parking. Free sauna. We had a small problem with the digital lock. Was fixed within half an hour. Skilift in Kaprun centre is a 5 min drive. We would gladly stay again !!

Great location . Well appointed apartment , two double rooms and two bathrooms , ground floor location , well stocked kitchen with all necessary equipment. Ski storage / boot room available Nice pizza restaurant next door , Pizza Napoli. Access to a sauna that we did not use.

Clean rooms every day, , nice staff, great breakfast, great price for accommodation, Sommer Card included, amazing and unforgettable views, wonderful rooms. As soon as I have the chance, I will be very happy to come back and look forward to my next visit. I give full points for this guesthouse.

This apartment is large and amazing, the view and the facilities. There is sauna and bathtub for you to relax after ski, and the view beside the table was amazing as well as patio. The hosts are very enthusiasm.
