It was a beautiful room. So comfortable, big and clean with a gorgeous balcony. It's not quite in the center but not fair and I preferred this as away from all the noise and party people. Felt very safe and happy there.

We had a very good stay at Villa Egli. The owner, Egli, is very friendly and good person, he gave us a lot of tips about what to do and see in Ksamil and was always available when we needed to ask something. The apartments are very new and clean, and the location is great: maximum 5 minutes walking from the beach, supermarket and bakery.

All facilities are working great, the parking comes in really handy considering the traffic in Ksamil, the room was clean and the staff is very kind. The balcony is large, we spent some time there enjoying the sea view

Very nice location, near everything, but at the same time really quiet at all times. Really nice and kind hosts, always there for every need. A nice welcome with a glass of juice and some fresh vegetables from the organic garden that stands around the facilities

The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

It was very clean and properly maintained, good distance from the beach and having a market and a great pizza place downstairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking was ideal also.
