Each of the bright and classic suites at the Captain's Quarters is furnished with a fireplace and a balcony. Guests can watch cable TV or prepare meals with the kitchenette, complete with a 2-burner stovetop, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. The rooms are exceptional and incredibly clean. The spa bath and fireplace in the bedroom were really lovely in the cold January weather. We were given adjoining rooms as requested. Proximity to the beach is wonderful. We hope to return soon!

The Courtyard resort is not a modern hotel/ condo, however it’s still in a good condition with lots of helpful extras as fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location is a big plus as well.
There was everything we needed, the apartment is cost and comfortable, even with a little garden with birds :)
Great and friendly staff. Always there to help and give suggestions. Pre-ordering of hot breakfast options and pastries the day before is a great idea and really worked and other continental breakfast options and coffee were also available each morning. Good location, walking distance to Commercial Street and a few great restaurants. Bicycle rental place just down the road. Had a great time and would book again.
It was a very small room for the price. BUT I believe Booking.com charged an inflated price compared to if I had booked directly with the hotel (which is what I thought idid). Any complaints I have are with Booking.com NOT Surf Side.
The hotel is located across the street from Falmouth harbor. My room was really an apartment with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and big bathroom. It was very clean. There was some traffic noise in the morning but not bad. The furniture was very comfortable. Most of the staff that I met was very nice, especially housekeeping.

Cute ocean front property. Clean and comfortable condominium style apartments. We stayed in a row of apartments separated from the main complex which was nice bc it was quieter with no children. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Plenty of in service grills. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Wonderful little studio apartment by the beach. Quiet, well equipped, comfortable.
Great little apartment that was perfect for our short stay in Provincetown. It had a well equipped kitchen and there even was a hot tub!
