Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Very clean and spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful. The staff brought us water and soft drinks every day which was a nice extra touch on the service. Location is a bit away from center which is great if you want to have it quiet in the night. Restaurant and cafés just on the other side of the street. Highly recommend!

The apartment features family rooms. The guesthouse is located 3min by bicycle from the historical park, in a quiet neighbourhood, in Sukhothai old town. The landlady is super kind, she can do your laundry for only 50 baht and she makes the finest thai breakfast you could have. You can borrow the bicycles for free and roam around the old town. The A/C works well. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big. You have a kitchen you can use, as well as a fridge. I highly recommend, I for sure will come back.

No smell, no moisture, powerful air conditioning, amazing atmosphere. If only we could take this apartment everywhere we go with us! We were extremely happy to find a such an amazing place to stay. The host allowed us to prolong our stay for one more night, so we were lucky and really enjoyed. We were very late for the official check in time, but the hosts kindly waited for us. Thank you!
