Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Very clean and spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful. The staff brought us water and soft drinks every day which was a nice extra touch on the service. Location is a bit away from center which is great if you want to have it quiet in the night. Restaurant and cafés just on the other side of the street. Highly recommend!

The apartment features family rooms. The guesthouse is located 3min by bicycle from the historical park, in a quiet neighbourhood, in Sukhothai old town. The landlady is super kind, she can do your laundry for only 50 baht and she makes the finest thai breakfast you could have. You can borrow the bicycles for free and roam around the old town. The A/C works well. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big. You have a kitchen you can use, as well as a fridge. I highly recommend, I for sure will come back.

We booked the three units and all of them were consistently nice, More importantly, Micky the host was very gracious and patiently answered our queries and gave a lot of tips to help us.

Even though it was on a weekend, they were available by phone really fast and helped us so much. The room itself was nice too, bed big and comfy, spacious and clean. All we needed for one night.
