We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrive until we left. The internet is stable and fast, one of the best I had in my long trip in south east Asia. Wifi is suitable for online work. The rooms are spacious, kitchenette was great for preparing breakfast. The cleaning lady is exceptional - the most thorough room cleaning I experienced in Thailand. Owner rested us a scooter and addressed all of our problems.

Situated in Ko Lanta, near Long Beach, Saladan School and Police Station, Phumin Apartment features a garden. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 300 metres from Klong Dao Beach. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. This place is such a gem! A relaxed green setting in a quiet alley yet only a few steps away from the main street with all its facilities and Khlong Dao beach at 5 min walking. The garden is beautiful and you can regularly spot monkeys and beautiful birds. The studio apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and have a very well equipped kitchen. The owner is lovely, she brought us fresh fruit on arrival and always is smiling and making sure you are comfortable. We stayed for more than a month and if we didn't have to leave for a family emergency, we would maybe still be there...
