It was in a pleasant location, that i would highly recommended after or before a city trip as it was local and suburban, but only a 10 minute drive to the best part of the old city. From the moment I arrived, the cleaner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room was clean and comfortable, and she always had a smile on her face. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the excellent communication via WhatsApp. The staff was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. The hotel itself was also top-notch. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, my stay at Jiang Mai 81 hotel was a true pleasure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. You should try to book a room with breakfast, we adults and kids were overwhelmed. We stayed for four nights, first morning we all got English breakfast- too much variety to eat. We requested Thai breakfast for adults from next day. It was amazing.

This was the first place we stayed after flying in to Chiang Mai. Check in was so easy, the host is kind and helpful. The location is near a night market and other shops you might need. The room itself was clean, had a little kitchen area, and a view of the city. The beds are quite firm, but not impossible to sleep on. My partner was quite ill while we stayed here and it was the perfect private space for him to rest in. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment is of fair size but designed quite well and also equipped with all necessary utilities in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment does not provide car parking but there is ample parking around the building. The building name (Hillside 2) is not mentioned in the reservation details so we had to call to get the exact location of the building.
