Picton Waterfront Apartments offer spacious, modern, self-contained accommodation in the heart of Picton. Each apartment boasts a private balcony with stunning views of Picton Harbour, Marina and the famous Marlborough Sounds. This is truly a stunning place! The location could not be better. We were laying in bed at night watching the ferries come and go. Early in the morning we just hopped down the elevator to go get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops downstairs. After a lovely dinner (also just downstairs at one of the restaurants) we took a stroll down the marina. Everything is within easy walking distance. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly as pictured. The unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The couches in the lounge were very comfortable and could fit our family of four easily and comfortably. The two fully equipped bathrooms were so convenient having two teenagers with us. Directions and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this unit again when in Picton. This was definitely one of the best, if not THE best place we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, were provided -from a box of tissues in the bathroom, to a hair straightener! Thank you for making our visit to beautiful Picton just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quiet apartment right in the centre of town, close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Also just a short walk to the wharf from where cruises and water taxis to Marlborough Sound leave and also close to the Inter-Islander ferry terminal.

The house was newly renovated and just beautifully done. We had just about anything we could have wanted in the house, private parking, space for all four of us. Since we had four, we had both floors. The downstairs patio was nice, but the upstairs balcony was a dream! Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. A shirt walk over the scenic marina bridge takes you right to the shops and restaurants. We wished we were staying more than two nights!

My husband has mobility issues and the level entry plus elevator to the 5th floor were perfect. Excellent food options within the block. highly reccommend both the Oxley and SISU. Took the Marlborough Tour Co, Wine and Food Cruise (literally across the street) and had a fantstic day with a small group. Bonus craft fair across the street on the green on Wednesday morning as we departed. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked. We were out a bit too much, so did not get to enjoy the fabulous deck and view to its fullest. Would definitely return.

You will find luggage storage space at the property. A nice B&B apartment very privately located with direct beach access. Well stocked fridge and pantry. Very friendly owners.

Luxurious and cozy apartment with lots of cushy amenities. Beautiful and spacious, right on the harbor. You could live in this apartment, wish we could have stayed longer.

This quiet, tidy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, large living area with a sheltered outdoor dining area with a barbeque. This superb apartment is very well-appointed and has a beautiful view over the harbour. We received a warm welcome from the host, who was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.
