Landed property and more convenient compared to staying in condominium type of homestay. Comfortable stay with shared living room, dining hall kitchen, and outdoor mini garden.
This studio apartment is situated in the block right next to the Lost World of Tambun theme park - just 2 mins walking. I assume most people rent it to attend the park, so it’s convinient. The apartment is stylishly decorated, it’s pretty and clean. There is a water filter, a hairdryer, an iron, shower gel and enough toilet paper not to use your own rolls. No problem with hot water. The owner gave very clear instructions how to enter the building with a QR code.

It is a new condominium. The unit is big with four bedrooms. The place is clean and cozy. I like the mountain view from the windows.
Booked a Studio Apartment for a 2D 1N stay before heading up to Penang with family and really like the hotel. The room that I booked for was big and spacious and well worth it. The location of the hotel is also good as it was located at an area that was not too busy and noisy. Also the room was very clean as well. Definitely worth recommending.
The entire apartment hse is very nice.. And the view infront swimming pool is good. The rooms was good clean. And same with toilets... And the pic Rachel is very good response and helping.. Especially whn the water kettle not working.. She immediately replace a new one by same day.... Good facilities and place for stay with reasonable price..
A cave & green nature next to the condominium. Nothing impressive from the unit itself.
Is a very nice apartment. This is the 3rd time I rent this condominium. But this is the most satisfy unit that I've stay compared to the previous one. Is very easy to get food by walking distance. Near to Gerbang Malam and Tong Shui Street where the famous food locted. Will visit again in the near future. The Host is very helpful. The unit with Nexflex on smart TV.
It is quite a serene location with really lovely pool. The location of it is bit out of town. Parking was relatively easy as the security guards are all aware that many units were use for AIRBNB or short stay rental for tourist. A side note is that the chicken rice shop outside the apartment is quite delicious which was a pleasant find.
