Apartment's staff was very helpful and responded promptly to our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely stay there again in future visits to Osaka.

I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.
