The air-conditioned accommodation is 300 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. The accommodation features spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Wonderful stay, huge rooms for the price. 11/10 will stay here again if I'm ever back in Kyoto

Location, breakfast and the host - Kouzi-san was very friendly and accommodating. Offered us a drink the first night, it was a very nice way to get a feel for Japanese life, while talking to Kouzi-san.

Great hotel in Kyoto! 5min from the train station, 3 minutes from all buses and 7/11 right in our corner. This was our fav hotel in our Japan trip, very spacious compared to Tokyo, extremely clean, had all the amenities and the staff was great. They can help you with luggage forwarding service. The room has a key code so you don’t need a key, amazing place, can’t recommend it enough
