I got sick badly on our trip and needed antibiotics asap. Even though the hotel is unstaffed, there is a tablet via which you can contact someone. After sending a message via the tablet, the housekeeping lady was there in 5 min and drove me to the hospital. She also stayed throughout the doctor's visit with me to translate everything and make sure I was okay. I have never experienced such kindness in a hotel. Definitely recommend this when staying in Hiroshima! The location is also top!

The property is traditional Japanese home with that is very well renovated with the original structures still standing. When entering the building you feel like you’ve gone back in time, the street is also very peaceful, so it’s very relaxing. The lady that hosted us is simply lovely and we couldn’t be more blessed in our stay.

Well thought out space, very spacious for two people, good spot in the city, all in all it was a great experience and we would like to visit again.
