Peronal very friendly, the facilities were as described. Ideal to arrive by car, there is a parking lot right in front. Verona's old town is within walking distance of the apartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! I booked this property because of the view and lovely rustic features, on the day I landed I received a message to inform me that this property was unavailable and he had arranged for a separate apartment. This was a studio flat which was tiny and had no views. There was no hot water for 24 hours and it was dark and dingy. I was promised a refund and then he stopped replying to me.
No breakfast supplied. It’s a tricky place to find -part of a sprawling condominium-but the apartment is huge, very well equipped and adorned with many quirky features and lots of tourist information. I

Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.
They gave us clear instructions of how to reach the loft and who we’ll meet us to show us the apartment. Very good communication and friendly host. The flat had everything and we didn’t have to purchase nothing.
It is a flat in a block of house (condominium?) on the 2nd floor. The flat is modern, nice, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress is HQ. Never found such a kind of great place! The owners were very kind and flexibile. Bakery is in the other side on the house.
The apartment is spacious and very well equipped (hairdryer, washmachine, caffe machine, good towels, handsoap, dishsoap,), situated in a nice and clean condominium. It has heating, in october we was using it in the evenings. The photos about the flat are true. With car is comfortable, in front of the house are parking places and 10 m far of the flat is a cheap city parking. The flat is very close to the old center. Around many cafes, fast food places and supermarkets: Lidl, Family Market. Ladies, take showercup to enjoy the rainshower!
We have been coming to Carole for many years but Residence Mediterraneo is our new favourite place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs & the location is great. Very clean & affordable for the location. The managing Agency we’re very accomodating allowing us to check in early & park our car as well as organising our sunbed/umbrella rental. We’ll be back for sure!!
Fab apartment in a cosy loft space. The beams and the light helped to make the apartment really lovely place to stay. The kitchen was fab and there's even a sea view. We were met by the owner, who was really helpful. The flat was easy to get to from the station by boat. The area is quieter, but lots of lovely places to eat nearby.
