The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

Offering garden views, Appartamenti Santa Chiara is an accommodation located in Assisi, 4.3 km from Train Station Assisi and 27 km from Perugia Cathedral. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. Location was excellent. Peace and quiet. Host was very helpful, disponible and informative to all the guests enquiries. Recommend and would not think twice to rebook same lodging if I visit Assisi again.

The apartment was perfect just like the pictures, very comfortable, very homey. It was well equipped with everything. The grocery was downstairs, the pizzeria & gelateria across the plaza and a coffee shop and fruit market across from the parking lot gate. Terni was a very walkable city. Easy walk to and fro the train/bus station.

Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days. Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake. We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.
