We elected to use the stufa (stove) for heating (there was the alternative of central heating). The proprietor was very careful to ensure she came to add wood only at a time convenient for us. We loved this area of the Dolomites - very beautiful, with a range of walks, kept clear of snow.

A great location for exploring the mountains out of season. A warm and comfortable apartment to return to after long walks.
The studio is very well located in town. 1mins walk to supermarket/restaurants, 2mins walk to ski shuttle bus. The host was super helpful, flexible and responsive. Would stay again when visiting San Martino.

The owner was very friendly and lovely. Even though she lives on the first floor, she gave us our privacy. The apartment is great and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood and the view around is like a dream.
Very good location with beautiful views on each side. Very close to the center of S. Martino town (1 min walk) and close to the kids playgrounds outside (we were there with two small kids so we appreciate it). Apartment was small but very cosy, with everything we needed and with many storage spaces. The view on the Pale di San Martino mountains from the big balcony was stunning.

Location, friendly staff ,clean apartment
It's hard to describe how well the hostess received us :) We were not missing anything. I have never tried such a well-equipped apartment. There was great energy. Delicious breakfast, beautiful location. It was not a flat for rent but a real home :)
