Conveniently set in the Trepalle district of Livigno, BAITA NOEMI is located 49 km from Engadin Golf Samedan & Zuoz-Madulain, 50 km from Train Station St. Moritz and 37 km from Swiss National Park Visitor Centre. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The location was great not far from town. The apartment had everything you needed. The hot tub and sauna was great too.

Location is superb, just close enough to city center to go there for a short walk, and just right enough outside to have peace. Apartment is big enough for 4 people, good equipped and clean. They also have a garage to store bikes. In one word almost perfect. Super market is just some meters away and easily accessible.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the city views. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Wonderful calm location but within easy walking distance of the centre of Livigno, incredibly cosy and comfortable. Amazingly well equipped, fabulous showers, cute traditional decor, hosts responsive when required. Decent supermarket nearby, plus a good restaurant. Ideal for our children and our dog loved to be able to roam free in the snow right outside the door too. All in all highly recommended, we hope to come back soon.

The apartment was well and functionally equipped compared to other apartments we have stayed in Livigno - a usable set of dishes, real wine glasses, basic seasonings for cooking, paper and cloth kitchen towels, toiletries, etc. It is also conveniently located in the centre of Livigno with good access to all the slopes and everything you need. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

Location was great, almost next to the xc skiing trails and near to skiing areas. Very clean, silent and comfortable apartment. Internet was good.

Oh gosh, this place is awesome! It totally exceeded our expectations. We arrived during the night and we were welcomed by host (very nice older lady) who gave us the keys. We were able to park our car right in front of our room, which was very comfortable, since we had lot of luggage with us. The room was nice, sparkling clean, bit small but everything we needed for couple days. The best came in the morning when we saw the scenery around. The views are simply breathtaking. What made our morning even better was the host knocking on our door and bringing us dozen of fresh home eggs. We had them immediately for breakfast and gosh, we haven't tasted better eggs for veeery long time. The place is close to Livigno, it's like 10 min drive through magnificent scenery.
