Hot water runs out (in winter) when 2 ppl have taken shower one after the other. Clean apartment. Bedrooms were warm but living room was a bit cold during winter. Got free public parking right infront of the apartment. When we arrived someone was waiting for us outside. There are not sign boards or banner for the apartment so we would not have been able to find the apartment if someone was not already there. Venice was 1 hr drive away. Quick response from the host on Whatsapp. Overall comfortable stay.

There were no mosquitoes at all in the room. The biggest plus is the large clean swimming pool with white sand. This apartment is 100% safe. The door is locked with a key and + the roller blinds are also locked and the entire territory and parking lot are also closed. ! Another plus is that the apartment is located in a quiet area, but the beach is a 7-minute walk. the sea and the beach are all clean and beautiful. I am very pleased, I recommend it to everyone
