This old renovated farmhous with a local flair is located in a tiny village Borilovac 15 km and 15 minutes away from Karlovac. It's is exceptionally clean and quiet there. The air is pure and the nature is beautiful. We slept like babies! The friedly host served us a fantastic local breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, fresh bread, butter, cheese and extremely delicious home made pork sausage and ham! There was also super tasty homemade plum jam and freshly brewed local coffee! We were happy!! We would have loved to stay there longer and will definitely come back.

It's very clean and they left even a nice welcome note + some ambi pur for a nice, welcoming smell.

Zagreb Arena is 48 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport, 59 km from Studio Apartman Grgurić. The hosts were very kind and even put milk and two bears in the fridge for us. We were so surprised to receive the afternoon of our arrival pancakes with plum jam. it was very kind and hospitable if our hostess. to look after us like that.

The room we booked had a sauna in the bathroom which was very good but it was an additional 8€ therefore not part of the price. When the bed broke we were offered another apartment.

At the apartment complex, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. We stayed at Villa Artemis for two nights at the end of May and everything was perfect! The apartment was new, very clean and bright. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle and induction cooktop. Some coffee capsules and tea bags were at our disposal. Both our double bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The bathroom had a big shower and it was easy to rise the room temperature quicky; in addition, bathrooms amenities were already supplied. I particularly appreciated that the towels really smelled good and clean! My daughter enjoyed the flat TV because she had fun by watching the Pokémon series. Villa Artemis is located in a quiet place but in only 5 minutes you can reach many restaurants, minimarkets and a shopping center. The location is also great for visiting the famous Plitvice Park. Last but not least, I highly recommend Villa Artemis also for the warm welcome we received from Nikola. We left our hearts here and we will surely come back again in the future.
