Hotel standard daily cleaning and change of towels, provision of extras. This is simply an exceptional host-meets and greats at the post transports you to the suites and delivers you back in time for your ferry on departure and is on hand/call for any issue no matter how small or unusual. We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.

Traditionally decorated, all air-conditioned studios at Provalma open to a terrace with sea and pool views. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, a laptop safe and a flat-screen TV. Fitted with a built-in shower, the private bathroom also comes with Korres toiletries and a hairdryer. Just perfect!!! Provalma was the most stunning accommodation on our Greece Vacation. We visited different islands and we came only to Folegrandos because we found Provalma on booking. The pictures looked so magnificent that we wanted to give it a try. Yiannis and his mother are very welcoming and they are giving their guest just a perfect stay. We liked that the pickup from the port is already included and you will get already all the info you need on the way to the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful designed, clean, fresh and you can see that Yiannis and his mother know what they are doing. We loved Folgegrandos with their simple and good restaurants, less tourists and very authentic locals. Also the beach which is next to Provalma is very beautiful. But back to the apartment: Yiannis and his mother offer the most delicious breakfast with homemade everything and you can choose everything you like. In combination with the most amazing view from the terrace it felt truly like heaven. We just dreamed of just staying there forever. But definitely we'll come back. Thank you so much!! As soon as we arrived at the port the host welcomed us with a warm smile and helped with our luggage. He was very friendly and polite. When we got to the hotel he gave us information about the area, the way to access the beach and he told us to feel free to ask him anything anytime! The room was very nice and clean, the furniture seemed very new and the bathroom aswell. There were hangers in the wardrobe in order to hang our clothes. The location was perfect, as it was only a few steps away from all the restaurants and shops, as well as only a few minutes away from the bus stop taking us to the beach and port. There was even a toaster, to prepare our breakfast and glasses, plates and cutlery, which was very convenient. It felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay, totally recommend this place and I would totally choose it for my next visit! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Checked in and were provided with great information about the island - all summarised on helpful printed sheet and given map. Taken to room and it was amazing - breath taking view and a lovely pool and seating area. Spacious, comfortable, best pillows of our Greek island tour! Well stocked fridge and cupboards to get you started. This place is a must stay!
