The beach of Pera Yialos is 1 km away. A wonderful breakfast was served every morning . The room was large and well equipped for our needs plus the bed was seriously comfortable. The view was stunning. The staff were very very helpful and kind. Really appreciated the transfer organised from the port.

Ironing facilities and a washing machine are included. Location is just perfect and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Loved the ground floor room that had all I needed and a lovely view. If I travel to the Island again I will stay here for sure.

Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas. Xenios Zeus is over the top excellent. Giannis and his parents run this charming family owned hotel. It was remodeled last year and they have thought of everything . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel with well appointed decorations and up to date furnishings etc. 6 of the 9 rooms have front row views of the water adjacent to the port and there is a table and chairs on the deck to enjoy it. They also give you a breakfast menu and bring it to you in your room. They even gave us a detailed map of the island when we arrived so we could plan our itinerary. Highly highly recommended!

The beaches of Ble Limanaki and Plakes are within walking distance. The hotel is amazing and the staff very polite and friendly. Pool was always clean, and the view amazing. The rooms super clean and comfortable. Totally recommended.
