There was kitchen with utensils, We could cook some small dishes like noodles, omletes, etc also the highlight was if your lucky there will other items like oil and salt from the left over by previous people the home is. good for a group. Only thing to be taken care off is you should check the apartment if anything is broken or not when the host show you araound the apartment.

Very friendly and helpfull owner. All comments were truth about this apartment, so i have had no expectations, but it's good apartments, equiped with everything you need. I had stayed in Georgia in much worsier places rather then this :) Keep in mind that Georgia is not European level country. For short stay and if you'll spent more time outside - good choise.
Good location at the very center of the city. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and other places nearby. There is a Jacuzzi bath in the apartments. The flat is quiet big.
Nino's apartment is clean, modern, spacious and quiet. All you need in the kitchen is available. The big flat screen TV in the living room is amazing. The location is great. The host was very kind and always available if we need something. Nino even helped us to arrange a taxi on our departure day. We had a great stay and satisfied over all.
Modern apartment very well prepared for travelers. Two bedrooms had comfy beds. The bathroom was big enough. The location was in the centre, close to main locations. The main building was new. There was a lift. and balcony.
The apartment was very clean, the staff was very helpful, there is a parking space, you can't smoke inside the space, but you can smoke on the balcony. It's good for both short stays and long trips as the apartment comes with a washing machine, all cooking utensils, free coffee and tea, smart TV and Netflix. Simple yet cozy and comfortable apartment for a short stay. Close to the bus station, it's very convenient if you are traveling further. The host was very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English.
The host Mr David was very friendly and helpful, he greeted us with homemade wine which tasted better than most of the store bought ones. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it has two bedrooms, one with private bathroom and one bathroom is common. There's a decent drawing room and kitchen as well. There's a facility to wash your clothes and dry as well. It's about a km from the centre, 10-15 mins walk on flat land.
