This boutique hotel is above expectations. really clean and the staff are super lovely and utterly polite. the breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. about beachfront the balcony is not completely overlooking the beach in inverse of that we ordered a beachfront room. the location is at the left side of the batumi and roughly 5 km far from the ali and nino statue and old batumi.
