The apartment has a children's playground and a picnic area. The property was great and was equipped with everything we needed in it for a long weekend away, bed was comfy, rooms were clean and tidy. In a great location as well as you can walk to either Royal Leaming Spa and Warwick in 15-20 minutes, there are a lot of supermarkets near by. Hosts were lovely, bought us round an extra fan for the room as the weekend we stayed was really hot :)

Owner provided breakfast cereal, bread, croissants, jams, juice, butter, milk, and yogurt. The town center is a 6 minute walk.
