I did have some issues activating the keypad and had to reach out to the host who promptly responded. Once I got the hang of it there were no issues. The accommodations were GORGEOUS and were in the BEST spot. There was so much to walk to including stores, bars, restaurants, and row boats that you row yourself!

Everything was amazing. We managed to get an apartment quite late due to flight cancellation.

Had to ring the letting agents and they were very good at replacing the broken divan base and mattresses, but this has been an ongoing issue with the property, so would have been nice if the reviews were read and sorted out beforehand. The apartment was very nice. Good location

This hotel is amazing! Gillian went above and beyond for us, she knew it was for a birthday and decorated the room with balloons and a card from the venue. We stayed in the family studio which is the penthouse and it was immaculate, great size and lovely decorated. The location is great 👍 near to Elvet Bridge and ubers were around all the time for getting elsewhere. The rates are amazing. We will defo be back! Thank you so much.

We enjoyed an excellent 3 night stay in an apartment across from the pub. The accommodation was small but had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and parking on the road was easily found during our time there. The breakfast was delicious! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful which was much appreciated. We would certainly stay here again, if in the area.
