We were delighted with the apartment. It was large and sunny and everything in it is new and of high quality. While the apartment is close to a busy road, we heard no noise in the bedroom, which faces away from the street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has nice views to the east and west. The hosts were generous in providing snacks and drinks. The apartment is about 10 mins walk from the old city (UNESCO sites), and there is also a shuttle bus (navette). On Saturday morning there is a food market in the Boulevard outside the apartment. It was easy to find free parking near the apartment.

Barthe Golf Course is 50 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport, 4 km from Le Petit Nicol. This apartment is really nice. It has everything you need and lies in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 min walk to the river. Only 5 min from shopping centre. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

It is immaculately designed, very well located next to the forest and the sea. The hosts deliver a complete breakfast basket at request and will give you recommendations for seafood delivery.
