First, the landlord does not respond on the phone. He reacted only on WhatsApp and sms. The rooms were dusty, and the bedsheets were not cleaned. We got a cough; I prayed that there were no bugs that may be serious to our health. I cleaned the bedsheets and the duvet covers and bought my bedding to be safe. There was no wifi. I asked the landlord, and he reported that it was off, but he never responded when asked if he would fix it. On the last day, I needed the receipt for my admin records; I called the landlord and texted him again, but he never responded. However, I felt the landlord was my neighbor because he came to the apartment the day and the time of my arrival and appeared back the day and the time of my departure. He was in the neighboring room, and once, while we were in the house, someone opened the house. It was a woman living in the apartment the man I met the first day entered and talked to. This was my worst experience with booking.com. This apart should be removed from your service. It is a shame1

It was great stay as we have expected from the previous feedbacks and reviews on booking.com - the place is exactly as described and the pool is there and very clean and taken great care by the owners! The owners (who are living in the same house on the first floor above the rented flat) are great, friendly, looking forward to help you and gave us perfect advises for the area around. Communication before and during the stay is perfect - all clear and very pleasant. The place (and again - including the outside areas and the lovely pool) is spotless clean. Equipment in the flat is very new and works well during our stay, great WIFI and easy parking. Any topics could be discussed with owners right away and to be taken care. There is a lot of extras (salt, spices, coffee, etc.) which is very nice to have in the long travel and no need to purchase all the small things. Thank you for lovely presents too :) BTW - there is a supermarket (Lidl) not too far from the house - it is very practical (takes about 15 minutes to walk) - also additional plus and you are not car binding. Famous areas (Lyon, Vienne, Cote-Rotie, etc) is just about 30 minutes of drive! Great base location for the region. The place is also fully barrier free - which is nice and easy parking in front of the flat also great! Easy to pack and unpack!
