The host is very attentive, lives very close and always ready to help. The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the ad. It has a terrase with amazing view on La Defance district, and a full scale bath which is not a common option. Hot water supply was good, no interruptions or shortage. The location is great, new city block with nice design, bakeries, groceries, c-market with all that could be necessary. Far from tourist districts so prices are quite moderate. We haven't rented a car and used a metro instead. Les Courtilles station in 15 minutes walk or you can catch T1 tram (which may take longer some times). Neighborhood seems to be quite well. Busy during the day, and when we usually get back around 10-11 pm, all was very quiet. It may be a bit far from the center, but commuting trough the city takes time anyway - so in our opinion it is much better to have a comfortable apartment like this one to have descent rest time.

And it's easy for me to get to downtown Paris. I can find many useful equipments in the house.

Comfortable bed, the location of the apartment was good, close to the subway
A cozy apartment that makes you feel like home, and has a lot of personality. Its in a great location near the metro, with a private parking spot in the garage below. The view is not of the tower but it is a great view overlooking the skyscrapers. The host was responsive and really friendly. I would gladly come here again

Quiet area for light sleepers. Supermarket at walking distance from the hotel. Parking available on site for those who have a car but required prior reservation and at a cost of 25Euro per day.
A modern cozy apartment with a nice design. I had bathtub, kitchen, good furniture, even iron and vacuum cleaner. It was very cozy and relaxing to stay there. Also 24h check-in, gym were available.

Value for money. Modern apartment with air con at half the price of hotels in the city centre in a safe area. Fridge and coffee making facilities, iron, in the room. There is a laundry facility at the premises. Only 11 minutes walk to Esplanade de la defense metro station. Only 30 minutes train ride to Versailles. Quick access to RER A for disneyland. Right on metro line 1 which takes you directly into the city centre in less than 20 minutes. There is also a monoprix supermarket right at the bottom of the aparthotel.
